Incontinence, or Pantypooping, is the act of leaking poop with one's clothes on. To cleanse the intestines, 500 cc of lukewarm water is pumped in and out of the anus using a special enema device. The lukewarm water that returns from the rectum into the enema device gradually turns brown and cloudy, and finally spews out a cloudy stream with such force that it splashes onto the camera lens.
